  • What is a VIP number?

    VIP stands for Very Important Person, so a VIP number is unique and distinct from regular telecom numbers in the market. It is also known as a 'fancy number.'

  • What does RTP (Ready To Port) mean?

    RTP stands for Ready To Port, a category of numbers currently owned by others but available for sale. These are often unique and easy-to-remember numbers that can be transferred with proper KYC.

  • What is MNP (Mobile Number Portability)?

    MNP stands for Mobile Number Portability, a process that allows you to switch your current mobile number to another network service provider without needing to acquire a new number. You can keep the same number even after changing service providers.

  • Can I choose my mobile number?

    Yes, we offer you the choice. You can suggest a number you prefer or select one from our collection. The choice is yours.

  • What if I don’t get my desired number?

    We will make every effort to assist you. We will collaborate with operators across India and provide you with an update within the next 48 hours.

  • What are the payment options?

    We offer various payment options, including Online Payment Gateway with Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfers, and Cash Payment (available only in Pune, Jaipur, Sikar, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Kolhapur, Calicut, Chandigarh, Sri Ganganagar as of now).   • How long does it take for delivery and activation of numbers?

    The average delivery time is 1-3 days, depending on courier partners. Activation is instant for Fresh Numbers and takes 4-7 days for Read

  • Can NRI/tourists buy a new connection online?

    Yes, NRI/tourists can purchase a new connection online by providing passport, visa details, and local address of stay in India.

  • The received SIM card is not showing a network or is displaying an invalid SIM sign?

    Please contact us immediately or visit the nearest operator for a SIM exchange.

  • Can I change my ordered number after payment?

    Yes, you can change or cancel your order for VIP numbers from our store, but only if the UPC (Unique Porting Code) is not provided within the next 24 hours from the time of ordering. NumeroMart also reserves the right to cancel orders.

  • What if I don't receive the UPC within 24 working hours?

    If you don't receive the UPC due to possible reasons such as SMS delivery failure, email delivery in spam or junk, or delay from the service provider, you can request the UPC again. The order will not be canceled in any of these scenarios. However, in cases of extended delays or issues, the order may be canceled and refunded.

  • Is there a guarantee that I will get the same number I paid for?

    Yes, we assure you of this. We strive to provide buyers with the exact number they pay for. However, if for any reason we cannot arrange the exact VIP phone number you ordered, you will have the option to choose a new VIP phone number from our collection or receive a refund. This situation is rare, and most customers receive the exact number they select.

  • What happens if the order is canceled by NumeroMart?

    Your payment is 100% safe and secured with NumeroMart. Occasionally, orders may be canceled due to various reasons from our end, such as a lost SIM, UPC code failure, or other issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and take action against the vendor behind such numbers. However, this is a rare occurrence. In such cases, we offer a refund or allow customers to choose another number.

  • Once the order is placed, can we share, display, or print the purchased VIP Mobile Number?

    Kindly refrain from sharing, displaying, or printing the number until it is successfully activated under your Name/Company Name.

  • What happens if payment fails but money is deducted from the customer's account?

    Sometimes, online or UPI payments fail due to banking and server issues. If the amount is deducted from your account but not received by us, don't worry. This is a payment failure from the bank's end, and the amount will be refunded, credited to your original payment method within 5 to 6 working days.
